1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 1.) Beginning on July 13, 2009 through July 31, 2009, log on to skybox.shophemi.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions. You will be asked to enter your first and last names along with a valid e-mail address and phone number. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per household will void all entries and result in disqualification. OR 2.) On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, email address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and age and mail to: shopHEMI.com “shopHEMI.com Skybox Sweepstakes", 67 Motorsports Drive, Martinsville, VA 24112. Entries must be postmarked by July 28, 2009 and received by July 31, 2009. Limit one entry per registered user/envelope/person, regardless of method of entry.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of July 13, 2009, except for employees of Arrington Manufacturing Inc. ("Sponsor"), their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, its affiliates and their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, members, assigns and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Winners will be selected for a total of up to 7 winners, not before about July 31, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner's guests must also timely sign and return Liability and Publicity Releases.

4. PRIZES: Seven (7) Grand Prizes: Prize consists of admission and Skybox Passes for two to the Inaugural Nitto Tire NMRA / NMCA All Star Nationals Presented by Keystone Automotive in Charlotte, NC on August 6-9 2009. Dates of trip, location, travel arrangements and accommodations are at winner’s sole responsibility. If winner cannot travel to the event on designated dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Meals and other travel expenses are not included as part of prize. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Arrington Manufacturing Inc. and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as applicable. Prize has no cash value. Limit one Prize per family/household. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Tickets may not be bought or sold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All Prizes may not be awarded. Winners' guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. All winners must execute a Release of Liability, Publicity and prove eligibility prior to ticketing.

5. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Arrington Manufacturing Inc., Connects Marketing LLC., each of their affiliates, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, members, agents and assigns ('Released Parties') harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize and participation in the promotion. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness (and biographical information) for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Released Parties are not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All federal and state laws apply.
